Faulty Goods - We will either refund you in full, or replace the item free of
charge. Faulty goods will be collected post-free, please email the details to
sales@yourtoys.co.uk and we will set
in motion an action plan to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. |

Of Unwanted Goods - Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase,
in their original packaging complete with all labels and instructions, at the
purchaser's expense. All other monies will be refunded at the earliest time after
the unwanted item has been received. We recommend that you send the item/items
by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive. |
